Isabella Visiting Care Inc. is our New York State licensed home care services agency that provides comprehensive home care to adults 18+ in all Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester. IVCI provides a wide range of services in the home and is designed to meet the needs of those covered by private insurance or are able to self-pay.

IVCI offers many services including care management, home health aides, personal care assistants, frequent nurse visits, medication management, coordination with community resources and much, much more. We work closely with the client, the family and other health care professionals to create a customized plan of care.

Our expertly trained care team is led by a registered nurse who is available 24/7 and who manages the complete plan of care. Our staff is culturally diverse and is sensitive to the lifestyle and dining preferences of those they serve.


Our Aides are carefully screened through criminal background checks and drug testing.

Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP)

CDPAP is New York State Medicaid program that allows home care consumers to recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule and direct their own home care workers. It allows consumers and/or their advocates to assess needs, determine how and by whom these needs should be met and monitor the quality of services received. The consumer and/or their advocate independently make all decisions and manage services directly.

To be eligible to participate in CDPAP, one must be:

  • Eligible for Medicaid
  • Self-directing or have an advocate willing to make decisions about the services
  • Eligible for long-term care, certified home health care agency services, AIDS home care or personal care services
